Tardy/Absence/Leave Request

If you have to miss any part of an extracurricular/after school rehearsal, please feel out this form. We request at least a week advance of notice. Mr. Smith and I understand that emergencies do happen. We ask that you do communicate with us. Request are not an automatic approval. The directors have the right to refuse a request. We will communication within 48 hours of the request. Every marching band student is gifted two excused absences from a Monday/Tuesday or Thursday rehearsal outside of the rationale listed below. This starts on the first day of school. If a student does not attend a marching band rehearsal on Thursday (excused or unexcused) they will not march the following halftime performance on Friday. If a student misses an after school classroom band rehearsal with no communication, they will receive a zero for the rehearsal.
